  I love the product and the brand but the service at this location is unbelievably disappointing and quite embarrassing. For instance, a simple exchange for a larger size flat took more than half an hour on a slow Monday evening. And when inquiring about my item, I was literally told to "sit down and be patient". Coming into the store on different occasions, I never fail to see a few sales associates standing around, attempting to avoid speaking with customers. They also never seem to know what items they have in stock or in their inventory. The immediate availability of certain items change depending on which associate you're speaking with. Avoid coming to this location at all costs. Overpriced items should at least come with adequate customer service or a decently satisfying in store experience.
