  We have been living here for nearly 2 years.
  Pros:
  Pretty landscaping and pool area. Quiet and safe. 10 min walk to Safeway and Guadalupe Trail is right across the road with a nature reserve and park next door.
  The maintenance crew are always responsive and pleasant.
  Cons:
  Since the new management took over last year we have had numerous requests of contractors to enter on the wrong dates or the letter comes after they’ve already entered without our knowledge. Our bikes have gone missing and no one responds to our emails, each time we go to the office on the weekend, as it is only open on the weekdays from 9-5, it is always unattended with their return always over an hour later. Their automated rental payment system doesn’t allow for the varying invoice amount to include the monthly water bill so we have to pay it manually. If you are 3 days late, you get an eviction threat posted on your door, an email would suffice considering we’d never missed a payment in over 18 months.
  The icing on the cake was the rude letter stating they had taken a photo of our balcony because we have lights up. See photo of offensive balcony.
  Quite ridiculous, wouldn’t you want people to make it feel more like home so that we stay longer.
