  If you are looking to safely fall in love with fitness, this the place to do it! All of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and work hard to build a community where each client is treated with love and coached towards their goals. All of the group classes are amazing, challenging and unique! The one-on-one training is top notch! The facilities are well managed and clean and the clients treat you like family. Thank you BMI Fitness for teaching me so much and allowing me to grow (and shrink!) in such a positive space!
