  Drove over 30 minutes in traffic because this was the Aamco location I had frequented and always had good service. However, after setting an appointment last week for today, I arrive to find out that my appointment was never registered and I was told "can't you see the parking lot is full?" As if the two vehicles being worked on meant "full."
  
  The bigger issue was that I was never given an alternative, nor was any empathy employed... simply "we're full can't help you," though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Guess they really don't need my (or anyone else's) business. Me and my Mercedes will find service elsewhere.
