  I was horrified to be told, "I hope no one runs you over" when I was leaving my meeting with Peter Signor, one of their financial advisors. Whatever happened to "have a nice day"? Glad to have cut ties with this institution. When I called the manager (a guy) hours later to express my discomfort over what Peter said, he defended Peter completely and refused to hear me. Maybe it's a bro thing, or maybe it's just a series in a long line of poor choices.
