  If there is a zero, I would give a zero. This company has a problem that everyone of you should really watch out. I would recommend everyone to stay away from them until their own problem is sorted out, especially if you are in the middle of moving. They costed us thousands of dollars and a serious delay of moving.
  
  Their guy Jose showed up for an estimate a couple of weeks ago and he was very nice a person. Price was ok, not that competitive but we were also looking for good quality. Then we were in the middle of a complete fiasco. Their internal communication failed completely. Judged by the manner in which this communication issue unveiled, nobody should ever do business with them until these people could figure out a solution to their communication.
  
  We agreed to postpone the job by a week per Jose's request to work with their schedule. Then this guy Paul started to contact. First he missed the discount Jose promised due to "miscommunication with Jose" in his Friday email. After my response on Monday, he disappeared until Thursday. My Wednesday reminder seemed to work and he revised the contract on Thursday. Then, he completely rescinded Jose's agreement of starting days and pushed for another week under the excuse of "contract" not signed and "Jose did not tell me that". We would have signed the contract on Friday if he did not make the first contract wrong or delay his response for almost a week. Here comes the best part, when I told him Jose promised the schedule and he needed to take care of this, he tried to kick the ball to Jose and asked me to contact Jose. I reminded him that they were both Pegasus employees and I should not be forced to make further calls due to their internal communication issue, you know what he did? The last word I heard from him was "Bye-bye" and he hung up on me. How rude!!!
  
  Our moving was scheduled and we didn't have another week to wait. We will have to change everything now and that could cost us at least a couple thousands of dollars of rent and other cancellations. Internal communication between scheduling and sales is the least a company should take care of. From what I see, this company has a management issue that will continue to fail their customers for now and for the future.
  
  I can't comment on their job quality, but the professionalism is nowhere to be found. If you are moving or you are working with a tight schedule, save your money and time by going with someone more reliable and trustworthy.
